Speaking of replacing a foot control when the electronics give out.
When my antique (ok, only 1974) Kenmore foot control quit, I pried it apart and noticed a lovely collection of capacitors,

Oh, I see. If you select the 220mm x 220 mm size Janome 15000 shows up. For $49.99 plus shipping I think I’ll make my own frame. I already have the magnets and the hoop. They are inexpensive on

Viewing the graphic when opening designs
I’m having trouble viewing the designs in a graphic. I remember there was a way to view them and not the “D” or the flower but for the life of me, I can’t find the answer anywhere.

Re: AccuDesign, AccuSetter, etc.
I think you mean the DIME (Designs in Machine Embroidery) hoop topper? The answer is no. It is only for the ASQ22 hoop, not the SQ23 hoop. The ASQ22 (Acufil Square) is a one part hoop with a metal rim

Reducing design density
I need to reduce the density of a design to stitch it on a t-shirt, but don't know how. My software can do it, but it doesn't give any guidelines. I don't want to spend hours figuring it out. The

Can any of these products be used by the MC14000? It doesn't have Wi-Fi, but can the files be saved and transferred by a different method?

Re: DIME Embroidery Snap Hoops and ? of New Ruler foot
I've been told by my local Brother Dealer that DIME does make a 5 X 7 magnetice hook for the MC15000.. Been waiting 5 months to get it, so I'm beginning to doubt her just a bit!

No. I wish they would make one. They do make a snap hoop for the multiple needle Janome embroidery machine but none for the 12000 or 15000. I’ve often thought of making my own somehow. I have

I have the Janice Quilt Topper. It is made of flimsy plastic. The magnets are quite strong. It is okay, but I am not really impressed. I had hoped they would have made a snap hoop for the MC15000,

Correction. I just looked at their website and they now have something called the Janome Quilt Topper that is supposed to work with the Accufil hoop. Not sure how it works, but maybe it is the same
