As a former dealer I can offer some insight on this topic. First, with regard to "free gifts" and other bonuses to be included with machines - sometimes they are free to the dealer IF the dealer buys

Re: Just ordered one
My friend had the 7700 and did the same thing, traded it in for the 12000. She is very happy with the 12000 and she said it stitches better than the 7700. You are going to love the Accu feed

Yes, you absolutely can use the foot holder for the 10000 for your 10000 feet. Look in the "Attachments" category under the 12000 9mm feet in FootBook. You want the 7mm Foot Holder information. And

I wanted to use the H foot to attach cording to a sweatshirt jacket I'm making. Spent 20+ minutes looking for the foot for the 12K. Got out the feet for my 10K and I have two of them but they won't

Re: Monthly Packs for the USA promotion
Apparently there were two programs regarding the 12000. Janome could allow "discounts" on the machines or could sell them for full list price and the buyer would get a monthly package for each month

It appears to me that you are not aware that your dealer is paying for those monthly gifts. Although it was a national promotion it was announced to the public before the dealers were made aware of

I am the only one in town who has the 12000, at least from this dealer.

Do you, by chance, have the straight stitch plate attached? That will gray out any stitch that does a zigzag.

Your dealer has done you a "dis"service by telling you that you can use Digitizer Pro 2.0. Yes, it makes JEF designs, but you are limited to smaller hoops than you have available on the 12000 AND you
