It happens to me and after reading Jim's solution, I tried it. I could not move the disc and didn't force it for fear I'd break it. I have to guide the thread, too. I haven't had this problem with

It happened to me too. Now I lightly hold the threadbetween my fingers until it is well started to hold it at the right level so itdoesn’t go under the bobbin.

Thanks! I have a copy on the computer so I can reference it quickly. Anything I access frequently I print and keep in a folder for quicker reference. Sue

This happened to me last year. I ended up using a small sissors and a pair of tweezers to snip and then unwind a bit of thread at a time as I just couldn't find the end once I'd unwound all that came

Have the app; is the basting stitch a sewing "design"? I''be mostly used the embroidery tutorials so far, and would have no idea where to look for a basting stitch. Or did I completely

I'm techy too - and find the manual excellent. Jim and Dianes app is great and a good addition if you want to see things demonstrated and to reinforce your learning, but the manual is also great

Hi all. Im sure someone can tell me how to get the thread from under the bobbin winder,l have unwound as much as I can , now it won't budge at all. What can I do?

What I have done is create my own basting files. I use the 11000, and it does baste ok, but I used to use the 350E which does not do that function. So having my own basting files made it much

I agree. Could you embroider a simple frame instead ofusing the basting stitch? One you could just cut off later? For themoney, they really should have a stitch that actually holds
