Foot petal not working
I am a new owner of a 15000. In trying it out, I've run into a problem. The foot petal doesn't seem to be working. I've trying unplugging it and plugging it back in again. I've made sure it's plugged

Thank you so much. You're right it was called MCTools, I believe. When she wrote AcuTools it clicked, but wrongly.
So glad you figured out what I was asking as I didn't word it exactly right, but I

Machine stops and starts
Jim, I believe this one is for you. Is there any reason you know of that the MC12000 would stop in the middle of a 5 inch, straight line, 6 mm wide satin stitch? I've been making in-the-hoop

Am I understanding correctly what you are saying?
If I have installed it on 3 computers - then have an issue with one computer and manage to uninstall before the system dies, the uninstall updates

I know that we get 3 activations of Digitizer V5. My question is: If we uninstall for any reason, does the activation go back on the shelf so that we still have 3 or do we have to

Re: 12000 Machine for Sale
Sue, did you ask around at other dealers to see what type ofdeal they would give you? Many will give a pretty good trade-in price andsome deal with Synchrony finance which often has 60 months

Before stitching on puffy foam it is necessary to raise the footheight. For some reason the sensor foot does not “feel” the extrathickness of the puffy foam.

Re: 12000 Machine for Sale
Thanks for the advice, and also that this list isn't the place to list it. Sometimes I overlook the obvious . I was focusing on where to try selling it. I didn't realize the 12000 is 5 years old.
