In any case I am done with that particular software - it doesn't create "good" JEF files (not just puffy foam) which is why I stopped using it when I sold my pfaff.

question on DEACTIVATION
Jim,
If we uninstall to deactivate Digitizer V5, will the uninstall create any problems with the Corel as with the previous versions? Am in a situation where I may have to uninstall on my SurfacePro4

Sue, did you ask around at other dealers to see what type ofdeal they would give you? Many will give a pretty good trade-in price andsome deal with Synchrony finance which often has 60 months

Before stitching on puffy foam it is necessary to raise the footheight. For some reason the sensor foot does not “feel” the extrathickness of the puffy foam.
Change the foot height to 2.0 using

Be really careful and don't use the single needle hole plate on the 12 or 15 when using the offset twin needle, it barely fits into the hole.(I just checked it with one that I have) and just like when

The 12000 is more like the 11000 which I used to have.. My dealer said it wasn't worth the upgrade but when the 15000 came out, it was very different to the 11000 and the 12000, I just don't see why
