The Janome cloth guide doesn't have a screw - it attaches to the embroidery unit.
The screws I was talking about are those you may have if you have bought any other screw attached Janome

I just checked w/ my dealer. They called Janome U.S. and were told the foot was not available yet in the U.S. and that there was not date yet for the release.
