I would try a smaller rotary cutter, better in curves. I’ve alsofound they work better in Shape Cut rulers which I used to chip up and dislikeusing. Now I use a 28 mm rotary and it works

Machine not recognizing embroidery unit
I finally got the film cover on the embroidery unit of my 15000 properly replaced. No more blue painters tape. Attached the unit turned on the machine and got an error message to "raise the presser

I have taken the 'custom install' option on every installation that offered one since the late '80's, especially Windows...even things like mouse drivers may surprise you with what gets installed

I noticed several comments about ’not doing regular install - but choosing which features will install' with Windows 10 upgrade. Actually, I was not on top of it and let it do the regular

Just tried it and it does work. Had to highlight one item for it to work in the unzipped folder. If I use Ctl A on an email I don’t have to highlight anything to select all.

If you want embroidery as well as sewing the Janome 9900 or Elna 860 are wonderful machines. They both have a separate embroidery attachment like the 12000/15000 but smaller. Check it out

Suddenly lost top tension . This machine only used for embroidery. Have removed top cover and check for any loose threads. Cleaned between discs with a pipe cleaner. In regular sewing mode I get
