Re: Cloth Guide
After 13 years of owning my 9000 and after purchasing the 10000 last year I discovered that the 9000 also has a cloth guide. I'm glad to hear the 12000 has one also as I found it quite useful.

Re: Hi! New Member Here...!
Welcome Cat,
It’s exciting getting a new machine! I really love my 15000v2. It is nice and quiet and strong and fast. I haven’t used the embroideryunit much but it seems fairly easy to use

Charging for machine embroidery
Can anyone advise me what to charge for machine embroidery? What is the going rate and what all do you charge for? I have the Janome 15000, am not a professional, but a co worker would like for me

As for user error, whenever I was sewing with my old Singer machine, 99 times out of 100 it was MY fault and something really simple, like the thread jumping out of the take-up mechanism, or not

Re: Attaching guide bar to the walking foot
I had a similar problem with the guide bar for my DC2014. turns out I was not unscrewing the screw on top far enough. You really do have to unscrew it just about all the way for the bar to fit in

Cloth Guide
Didn’t we get a cloth guide with the 12000 or 15000? I may be thinking of my 11000 (sold). It might work for this type of thing. It looks like this

I wonder if I'm using the wrong foot? It looks like the one in the video I watched that a member of the group sent as a link., Maybe I have the wrong one There's another one that looks similar, but

Hi Cat
I had a similar experience. I hadn't sewed for 14 or so years when I returned to it when I retired. I have lots of vintage machines now, but my newest at the time was a 1992 Elna Diva with

Re: Apps
Ooh, exciting news for 12000 owners that the new app is well in the pipeline. I'll be buying as soon as possible after it becomes available. Please keep us posted. Any idea how long Apple will take?

Thanks to everyone I felt so alone yesterday and did not know what to do. Now I have options. Just something about the people in the store concerned me. It's like they don't like their customers
