Yes please on the video For positioning. I love my Horizon15000 but as a former Pfaffie I miss the precise positioning and haven't mastered positioning on the new machine.

I have the same problem with my 12000, Janet. I researched thearchives here and found that it is probably an electronic (board) issue. This machine was gifted to me and there is no local Janome
