I used the Customizer 10000 and updated to the 11000 when I purchased the 11000.
I have no idea if I can use

Re: pre-wound bobbins
I remember buying a box of Nebs, a heck of deal at the time. Loved it.
Still have tons of it left. Anyway, they wouldn't work to save myself.
Horrible jumping around, snagging, something crazy

Magnets for 12000 Hoops
When I got my 12000 I saw the magnets and thought that I wouldn't need them and just left them in the box. Well this week I have been making Hipster Totes with three zippers on them. Using the GR hoop

Thanks all for the suggestions. I really prefer a hopping foot. It gets me in a nice rythm, a flow. With a non hopping foot i constantly bump into things. I guess my quilts have too much height

I have done that with some of the designs, but thought that perhaps someone on here had done all the work setting up all the designs and saved them in a file that could just be printed onto template

I wish there was a picture of it. I may just cut an opening in thefront of my PD-H foot for better visibility. The metal ones I’ve seen areshaped like that.

Loosening the thread tension on the 15000!
Hello,
I am trying to use all the great ideas I was given regarding the metallic thread. I can't find a way to loosen the upper thread. Do I not need to do this?
Thanks

Design templates
Are there any already printed transparent templates of the built in designs available, similar to those that came with previous janome embroidery machines?

Is this just a 'feature' of modern computerised machines, or has it always been so. I've never had the issue on any sewing machine (so far!) - though I guess it may only be those with enclosed

That’s what I’ve been doing, but have not been successful finding the icon I need in some apps. I’m usually intuitive when it comes to apps. I need to spend more time at it – like everything
