I realised I could change the thread make layer by layer - but everytime I go into the color tool it defaults to Janome and I keep having to change it to Mettler.

Thanks to all of you for the information. It will come in handy to know where to order Janome parts. Since the hoops are expensive, I'm going to wait a little while in the hope that they'll turn up

If you are updating you will not put the update into the folders, infact remove those folders from your flash drive. You need a clean drive to update. You only use the folders when you are

I think that has been the issue with most of us. I am not sure why but switching to a different port on your computer will probably correct the issue. I found that someone I helped install switched
