Barbara, Janome Uk's tech support is one single person, called Peter. If he isn't there you get whoever is available and they might not have known what's in the pipeline.

Hi I just downloaded the latest to my machine and I love the new icon that lets you enter a number when embroidering and the needle goes to that part of the design. It is awesome love love this

I do not like to disagree with Jim but I have the 12,000 and have had it since the first month it came out and I use the yellow dot bobbin case everytime I do embroidery. I have even used gutterman

I checked the backside of the embroidery and noticed that the bobbin thread was too tight. I was using the bobbin holder with the yellow spot for embroidery. Didn't want to adjust it so found a

Just completed two embroideries in the GR hoop on my brand new 15000.
Totally unimpressed. Maybe it is me but this machine stopped approx every 6 thread cuts and told me the thread was broken.
