The app was included with my recent purchase of the 15000 (probably because it was so close to the release of v.2) and I downloaded it yesterday. Since I don't have other digitizing software at this

Kaye,
I sure hope so. I bought my machine in March so it ought to be, I would think! As I told Cheryl, I could see possibly paying labor costs but hopefully that wouldn't be too much.

Classes for the 12000
Does anyone know if there is a place to take classes for the 12000 in the Houston area? I guess maybe even the Austin area. I live in Brenham, Texas which is right in the middle of these two cities. I

There are various ways to do it other than cutting a large square andthrowing away quite a bit. I use sticky stabilizer most often andwhat I like to do is, after I (carefully) tear out the first

Re: Automatic Needle Threader on 15000
Marla,
I don't know what your machine does, but my 15000 WILL NOT thread if I don't have the lock engaged. I have had everything ready to go (unlocked of course) pushed the needle threader button,

I made a fabric insert for the SQ23 hoop, and it worked just fine. I basted the stabilizer to it with no problem. I haven't used it since buying the RE18 but maybe I'll make one to fit the RE
