Changing hoop size
I am a new owner of the 15000 and I have no previous embroidery experience.
I have completed a couple of designs from the Jenny Haskins event I attended.
Anyhow.......

Thank you for responding. My hubby & I have Mac & IBM experience so I'm not too worried about us figuring out the software.
I also have lots of experience using drawing/graphics/photography

I find that when you go over thick seams that it jumps out of the holder at the back. Can we stop this from happening.

One of the first updates I did ( 1.00 to 1.02 I think) my 15000 died, a black screen and no life in it, I had to send it back to my dealer to be resuscitated....now I have a mini panic attack each

Try emblibrary.com, embroidery designs.com. They both have a lot of two signs that are free. I have purchased many of their designs also. They always stitch out beautifully.
