Who would want to change the thread color 200 times?
Clever digitizers use the stitch direction to create different shades of a color.
So for me that is not a selling point.

I also noticed that you need IOS 6 for this app and my I-pad-1 doesn't have 6.

A few things to think about.

Without wireless connection e.g. no cable this is not beneficial.

I see a few new designs but most everyone has a computer so unless you have
an apple I see nothing that would make me change what I already have.

Rest in knowing you did a great job and give it to someone on a galloping horse. No one will notice. Otherwise, just the first part. Great job.

Margaret,

You didn't say if you were upgrading to Digitizer MBX. If you are upgrading to Digitizer MBX, your old dongles will be made useless as they are needed for you to get a newer version. If you are just selling the program and not doing anything about an upgrade, your dongle from Digitizer MB will work fine for the person you sell to.

The new owner does not have to do anything, other than go to the Janome website to download updates after installing from the DVD.

This may be a "no-no" by some peoples' standard, but I use a trace of vaseline rubbed on my needle as I had this issue with Floriani's Wet N Gone. Sandy in Dallas

I have had issues with Sulky Sticky, gumming up my needle, but find that Nancy Notions brand WASE and Jenny Haskins brand do not give me that issue.

Sulky advised me (even though they replaced the stabilizer with whatever I wanted) if we live in a humid climate or the stabilizer is kept in a humid warm place the stabilizer will get sticky and they suggested to keep it in the freezer for a while before using it.

Thanks you for the info.
I now have the full version of Digitizer MBX(new in the box) which I will be installing on my PC using Windows 7 and my laptop using Windows 8.
I do know that I have to go the Janome site and download a driver for
the Windows 8.

thanks again
Margaret

I just went and checked the iTunes Store. If you go to apps and type in Janome, it comes up in the iPad section. It was still there just now when I checked. Good luck!

I didn't expect it to stay there long. Either they were pre-loading iPads for Institute, or it was a mistake that they detected, perhaps from this list, and quickly corrected. No worries, it will be back in 2 weeks!

Much to my surprise, I am a new owner of a 12000. It just followed
me home, I had to keep it. LOL. The new "info" on the "new 15000
sounds fascinating, but I will have to be content to learn and love
my new toy. It will be interesting to see what the final product is.
