I also have the BERNINA Foot 70 4mm Fell Seam Foot and Foot 71 8mm Fell Seam Foot.  I don’t think Janome has Fell Seam feet but you can use any Fell Seam Feet that fit a Brother or Baby Lock machine with a High Shank Ankle that fits 7mm feet.
