The 11000 was released without a 5 x 7 hoop. After enough people complained Janome brought out hoop RE (rectangle) which is 5 x 7, the same size as hoop B on the 10000. They need to do it for the 12000.

Janome just doesn't seem to get it regarding the RE hoop. They brought out the 11000 without one, and then added it later. I suppose if enough people complain they'll do it again for the 12000. Start emailing!
