I did get one help request from someone who could not get WiFi to work at all, even with Janome's help. It turned out that she was using the picture in the 15000 manual to set up her machine. Specifically she used the picture on page 107 to set the IP of her machine to That's probably the worst example Janome could have picked, because that IP is the address of a ROUTER, not a device. Doing that would cause all other devices on your network that tried to get an IP using DHCP to fail, because they would be trying to get the machine to act as a router. If the IP of your machine shows .1 at the end that's the problem. Just change it to use DHCP and it should work without shutting down everything else.
