I really liked your explanation of how you organize your files for embroidery.
I would like to offer my embroidery folder that I've created and give to my embroidery students as a start for organizing their embroidery designs.
It's a zipped file which needs to be downloaded and unzipped (extracted) before it can be used.
Organization will largely depend on how the user thinks and what makes sense to them. This folder is based on categories but is a very good start to get thinking about what makes sense to you.
Of course, if a person hasn't previously seen the need to organize this can be a monumental task depending on how many files and where they've plopped them onto their computer.
It can be a lot of work! But is necessary to keep your computer organized and be able to find what you need when you want it!
