The biggest problem with my 15000 is tension related. I thought I understood tension but recently had to trip into the dealer for an adjustment, apparently that was all that was needed because there was no charge and now my stitch quality is back. Maybe a general lesson on tension, embroidery and regular sewing mode because I think they are different ball games. Maybe explain the discs and how it all works and that can go wrong. I use horizon link no issues and my iPad Air and apps are good too.
