Thank you to Jim for his suggestions, unfortunately I still have no help from Janome.UK they told me to install the update but I already have. I will probably give up with MBX v5 as I don’t actually use it to digitise but do love the ease of editing and combining designs. I’m just stressed over it all after paying so much for the program and then realising I can only have two activation. Anyway, thank you again your your help.
