I get the Thread Break Re-thread message.MC12000 wi sew about 4 stitches then stop and give that message. The thread makes a nest under the fabric. I cleaned and reset the bobbin area, rethreaded both and cleaned through the tension guides. Still happening.. Any ideas?

This is a classic case of the top thread either not being in the take-up lever, or missing the check spring at the U-turn at the bottom of the thread path.
