Re: Digitizer MB V.3.0 error message


Thanks Jim for the file on how to fix problems with the digitizer V.3.0  I tried your suggestions and several from Janome plus updated to V3.0P but it seems to be microsoft that is causing it to time out and not start.  I have windows 10 and with every update it is getting worse.  I can't find the restore feature to go back to when easy design worked but now have to use a very old computer but at least I can use it.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it will not work.
I appreciate your help so much.
