What causes the dreaded loops in the embroidery??
What is the best way to take care of them after the item is finished??
Sometimes they just appear out of nowhere.

Thanks for any info.

Loops on the bottom are usually due to inadequate needle (top) tension. If you get a loop on top there are many possible causes:
Dull or damaged needle
Bad thread
Needle that is too large or too small
Thread being fed the wrong way, e.g. horizontal when it is designed to feed vertical
Overly dense design

First step in trying to remedy would be a new needle.
