In any case I am done with that particular software - it doesn't create "good" JEF files (not just puffy foam) which is why I stopped using it when I sold my pfaff. It creates PES files just fine. For some reason the sensor foot does not “feel” the extra thickness of the puffy foam.
Change the foot height to 2.0 using the Adjust option when the embroidery design is loaded and ready to stitch.
The program creating the puffy foam design is not the problem.
