Before stitching on puffy foam it is necessary to raise the foot
height. For some reason the sensor foot does not “feel” the extra
thickness of the puffy foam.
Change the foot height to 2.0 using the Adjust option when the embroidery
design is loaded and ready to stitch.
The program creating the puffy foam design is not the problem.
