I have the 15000 and would like to find a Janome Fringe Foot for it. I don't believe they make one for it yet, but wondered if I used the older Janome Fringe Foot, # 200016108 and ONLY use a 7mm stitch width or less, would this be ok? They said this foot is for high shank models.

Yes, that foot will work, providing you don't exceed 7mm in width. Frankly I doubt that you'll see a 9mm fringe foot any time soon, as it was not that good of a seller.
