The upper thread sensor on my 15000 has never displayed a warning.  I have checked that it is turned on.  I am wondering if I just sew too fast for it to register & also as per the embroidery speed ...?

Has anyone seen an upper thread warning?

It's easy enough to test. Just try sewing without threading. If it will let you then have your dealer check it.
