Converting a Jef into a jpg

Does anyone know of a way to save a Jef design as a jpg? I would like to send a jpg file of a design to a friend so she can view it on her computer. That way she can tell me if she is happy with it. Linda in Houston Use the software you created the design with. Turn off grid lines and center lines if possible and zoom in or out so it pretty well fills the screen. Then capture the screen as described here.
