Yes well done - it's Milton - attached photo courtesy of Wilson Lythgoe.

Another question is raised - were there 2 loading banks at Milton? My memory was that I took my photo opposite the station, further down was the engine shed and turntable from memory.

I got the photo from the 27 May 2020 "West Coast Messenger". The original photo in West Coast Engineman is credited to Inksters, a Greymouth photo studio, clearly the arrival of the first J locomotive was big news.

Yes, I thought Greymouth was an identifiable location.
The caption I have also says "First J on the West Coast", but it's not J1219. So which one is in this photo, and which J was it?
