Actually he does mention (briefly) that you need to use VAC or VB Cable (and you can see this in the PDF version of the video);
However still on the catalog, there are 2 videos on how to set up VAC part 1 is here
and the 2nd part which directly mentions MultiPSK
I totally agree, though, that if the presenter mentions using packages like these, the links for how to set them up from the catalog should be included.
There's even a video with a more general presentation on how to set up MultiPSK -
