Actually he does mention (briefly) that you need to use VAC or VB Cable (and you can see this in the PDF version of the video);

However still on the catalog, there are 2 videos on how to set up VAC part 1 is here

and the 2nd part which directly mentions MultiPSK

I totally agree, though, that if the presenter mentions using packages like these, the links for how to set them up from the catalog should be included.

Of course he doesn't know about the tcp/ip setup, but this is what he has in his catalog.  A little digging will undoubtedly find more
