Could you answer to the previous questions:

It seems that Multipsk does not read the VDL2 GS list. Are you sure that Multipsk starts from its directory (check the link properties)? If so,  you must see your license name on Multipsk. Do you see it?

 

If you click on “QRGs” do you see a list of frequencies?

If not, it is a problem of right. Have you installed the Multipsk directory on the C:\ root?

No. The text format is just the one that you can see where you open it.

I just did a complete reinstall of v4.38.2 and still have the problem.

Is there a detailed specification for the VDL2 ground stations file, including spacing and punctuation?
