Note that the nominal perigee distance is 5866 km.
The Earth's equatorial radius is 6378 km. Impact time
would be a few minutes before the nominal perigee time,
October 7 at 1:53 UT.
Why do the NEOCP ephems going past Oct. 7, 2 UT
remind me of the "sprites" on C64, which left the screen
on one side just to come in on the other.
I thought that collision solutions would be noticed and
no longer used since the AL00667 case ;-)
