DUSSELDORF EXHIBITION

Carol Weaver

Translation from the Caravan Show Düsseldorf

Hello, Carol Weaver!

Due to the effects of the Coronavirus Covid-19 and the joint decision of the Federal Government and the Federal States to prohibit major events in principle until 31 August 2020, the CARAVAN SALON will be postponed by one week and will now take place from 5 to 13 September 2020 (Specialist Visitors and Media Day on 4 September).

At the same time, we as a trade fair company must ensure that the already existing, high safety and hygiene standards at the Düsseldorf trade fair grounds are continuously adapted to the latest findings. A corresponding concept is currently being planned in cooperation with authorities, associations and partners for all upcoming events.

We will inform you about these measures in a timely manner. The health of our customers, guests and employees is always our top priority.

The decision is made on the basis of current knowledge and can be adapted due to the dynamics and unpredictability of the Corona pandemic and the measures taken by the federal and state governments to combat it.

We look forward to welcoming you to our exhibition grounds in Düsseldorf for the new appointment.

Thank you for your trust!

Your CARAVAN SALON CLUB Team

Interesting. We were due to join a rally through Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Germany which have incorporated a 3-day visit to Dusseldorf show but that rally has been postponed  until 2021. Ho hum!

Germany is more open and forward than us with COVID   So are the Netherlands etc. Locked down earlier which helped. Germany had a better way to test too

Everyone raves about our NHS but as a firm personally it’s not good.  The people are brilliant but the NHS is not. First it’s not really NATIONAL it’s just a load of Trusts that don’t work together

It isn’t free at the point of need. We pay/paid in our stamp. Perhaps if we had a system like the Germans who use insurance companies I think and the money is taken at pay source we too could have been better

Sadly I can’t see any government actually sorting it out

Carol,

It’s “a load of Trusts” because of political “reforms”, it is free at the point of need (for the majority of services), I certainly can’t see this government sorting very much out  - but this should really be on OT.
