Yes. Up to this point a spot of ‘wild’ camping in Scotland was tolerated. English by-laws are different and do not thole the idea generally. However there has been an ever growing groundswell of opinion over time that this should be changed and things bought into line with England. This latest chapter is hastening that rapidly I fear. As usual the selfish actions of the few will spoil it for the majority.
