The straight key is currently only supported as an input device for the Morse decoder, all other features only work with a paddle (internal or external). Supporting a straight key for the other features as well means actually a not marginal software development effort. I have it on my to-do list, although not with very high priority (I was developing the software in close cooperation with CW Schule Graz, and their methodology uses the paddle as an input device right from the start (and in parallel to learning to listen and decode) - this is a major difference to „old school“ methodologies, but it has shown to be very effective.)

i am meber of a group in Mainz (and Frankfurt). We have the Morserino for improve our CW.
First of all: Many thanks for the development of this very kind device.
Some OM´s and i desire a embedding of straight Key´s in the echo-feature of the Morserino. I haven´t found something in the manual. Maybe its possible to embedding in the next firmware.
