I'd say about 300 attended
the SF rally today. Thirty percent or more of the crowd had
newspapers, leaflets, or a sign indicating they were with a
political group other than PSL or ANSWER. An overlapping similar
percentage of the crowd was busy recording or talking for video
and audio interviews.
Unlike Civic Center, for example, the assembly point, 24th and
Mission Streets, is not suitable when a crowd in four figures is
expected.
I handed out copies of the attached leaflet.
A half-dozen counter-demonstrators chanted, "Give Ukraine F-16s!"
