I recall hearing that the Communist Party of Canada, in The Clarion, reported the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki under the headline Yanks KO Jap Warlords. I could not find documentation for this. I did find a speech by James P Cannon. ken h The Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki

The Daily Worker of the CPUSA had a cartoon entitled "The One-Two Punch" showing the Soviet Declaration of war on Japan combined with the nuking. The U.S. hid Hiroshima’s human suffering. Then John Hersey went to Japan.
