something broke with JAWS 1907
JOHN RIEHL
Now when I’m in my inbox and going down my list of messages, and delete one, JAWS will say zero items instead of automatically moving to the next one as is expected behavior. Please fix this, guys!! I haven’t changed any settings. John

Using the latest Windows 10 1903 update, Jaws 2019 Update, and Outlook

365, pressing the down arrow key will often read nothing at all. It is possible to use both up and down arrow keys and Jaws will eventually read the list, but this inconsistent use of the down arrow keys to read through the list of messages did not happen before the August update, at least on this computer. Thanks.

Jim,
Just for the record, did you download an install file, or did you do the update from within Jaws? Jim,
Downloading the update is not a install of Jaws, it is just the downloaded update, which may do a better job of installing an update as compared to doing it through the running copy of Jaws. Jim I shaving the exact same issue as I am; I'm using Office 2019, not 365. I also did the update through JAWS. Franily, it shouldn't make a difference.

Hi John,
It shouldn't make a difference, but
sadly enough it does, and has on way too many occasions. I've been told as
well as many others have been told by FS tech support that it's better to
install or update via the downloaded .EXE installer.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go dodgers! I believe that everything happens for a reason. Usually, the reason is that somebody screwed up.
