Unacceptable experience with tech support at Vispero
I’m copying below a message I just sent to Vispero tech support with names and other private details omitted. I firmly believe JAWS users need to know not only the strengths of Vispero’s tech support,

Sudden gibberish in "say all" with JAWS and Chrome
I don’t really understand the fascination with reader mode. It gets grumpy when you interrupt to check you’ve heard something right, you can’t go back and forth between windows, and clicking on a link

New Jaws update what's new
I remember some of these issues as problems people have posted to this list. I’m glad Vispero takes the trouble to note the ones they’ve fixed, even if there are others that seem to be neglected. Also

There’s something I find really irritating about JAWS that may bee relevant. If you press insert-escape to refresh the screen, it will also turn on sound that has been muted. I’ve asked Eric and JAWS

I’m not sure you want to remove the taskbar, but you’d definitely want to stop it getting in the way when you switch screens. What keystroke do you use to switch?
