Replacing Firefox ESR with regular Firefox
No, JAWS 2018, and only the final build of that, so if you haven't switched over to JAWS 2019 but use 2018, make sure you have the final update.

You shouldn’t need to uninstall, but if something goes wrong, a fresh install will often fix problems.

What version of Firefox to use ESR or latest?
Hi. Yes, the latest version of JAWS 2018 is working much better with Firefox. They promised this would happen in J2018 so it seems like they released a final version to make it so. If you have that, y

I think it's alt-d, as in "do not save". There is a reason behind it being this keystroke and not ctrl-n as you'd expect, and it made sense to me at one time -- probably some kind of conflict.

ADMIN: Re: [jaws-users] Jaws and Mac: what about safe mode policy
I’m definitely not a mac user and never will be, but it seems this Bootcamp + Windows + JFW on a Mac is a viable solution for some people. There’s a guy around here who writes to another mailing list

Hi. You can place your cursor on the folder or library, hit alt-enter and open the properties box. This will tell you how many files and folders it contains, the size in kilobytes, etc.
