No, JAWS 2018, and only the final build of that, so if you haven't switched over to JAWS 2019 but use 2018, make sure you have the final update.

You shouldn’t need to uninstall, but if something goes wrong, a fresh install will often fix problems.

I have Verizon as my provider which uses aol. Someone from aol tech support trusted the certificates, now it is working however they Eudora and windoweyes are no longer being supported so they said

I think the certificate problem is related to Yahoo mail, which is our mail provider. If you haven't had certificate problems yet, you almost certainly won't have.

I've been using Eudora with jaws for two years now and it works just about the same as windoweyes. Your problem is how you have the options set in Eudora.

I don't reading anything in jaws since up and down arrows do not speak like windoweyes used and still does. Jaws should have a windoweyes keyboard layout like windoweyes has a jaws keyboard layout.
