Try pressing F5 to refresh the page, then JAWS key+escape, the JAWS command that does something similar. I now need to do both commands in this sequence on many webpages.

Go to edit preferences, then to security enhance, and uncheck the box that says to open in protected view. Fixed the problem for me.

Hi Miriam, The settings should stay the way you set them, but if by some chance they don't, reset it and reboot the computer to see what happens. If they don't stick let the list know and we'll see
