Maximizing the screen
I have found with JAWS 2018 that JAWS struggles when the screen is not maximized. this is true with Excel, among other applications.

Another way to insure that your widnow is maximized is to to an alt followed by the spacebar.
This will put you in a series of menu choices, including maximize.

Except, whenever I call VFO with an issue, they ask how I performed the latest update. This makes it seem that downloading from the VFO site is 'unofficially' official ;)

Both my younger brother who purchased Quicken 2018 and I have been calling and calling quicken.
Because for some odd reason since around 2015, the fields are not labeled and it isn’t screen reader
