Re: JAWS and Outlook 2016 contacts folder
Thanks, Jorge. But though I’ve tried several ways of following your steps after pressing shift-control-b, I can get only one contact at a time. It’s unwieldy.

Thanks. I’m not brave enough, either, which is why I didn’t even experiment that far. Do you remember how to set “business card view”?

Re: JAWS vs Office 2016 / Office 365
When talking about JAWS 2019 on an FSCast, Eric said 365 would enable JAWS to be updated to match changes in Windows on a regular basis, unlike with non-365 versions of Windows.

Mine says the same thing. I understand with a subscription, the software is automatically updated. I wonder when the update to office 2019 will come through.

I am glad this option was suggested for the reading of credit cards. I assumed these readers were created, and were used by business owners only. My daughter owns one. Which i I will have a look

Re: Saving Email Messages in Outlook 2016
Michelle,
Because Outlook is using Word for editing messages, you can use the
shortcutkey for save as that is also used in Word.
This is f12.

With the optacon I get the realtime info because I am actually reading it through a display that raises the images or writing or printing. Whatever is under the camera.
