Hey. You can’t tab to it because it’s text you can only really get to using the mouse cursor, hence the JAWS cursor. But you can virtualise the window if you want to easily copy the text

It's one of the menus that you pull down from the menu bar at the top of the VLC screen. Alt-m should get you to it. There's also a keyboard shortcut for opening a disc, which is one of the media menu

Yes I did. It would be nice to have it play when opened, but at least at this point, I know there is info on the disc.
