I downloaded the file and it opened fine in FireFox.
Since I reinstalled Windows recently, I haven't yet gotten Adobe installed, that is why I read it in FireFox.

Reload
That sounds like a problem with the web page.

I agree for me Jaws works well and does things better than other screen readers. I don’t care the product everyone will have bugs.

Just ungroup the folder just deselect all files and folders in downloads do a right click / app key /win
f10 and in the group by sub folder select none
That should do it
