Hi Listers

I am running win 10, latest upgrade, JAWS 2018, latest upgrade and I can't
open Itunes at all. I have performed a repair and still no luck. Can anyone
offer any suggestions other than a re-install?

Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Comcast Email Inquiry

Great suggestions all around. But what I am wanting to know is how to navigate the comcast email site, so I can remove a bunch of emails directly from the site. I wish I had OE, but it did not come with my version of MS office 13 home and student. And if it is there, it is lost in the prmordial soup of apps and programs. Thanks again everyone.

I agree with you completely. I am usually one who wants the latest of
everything but not so with WLM. I love it and don't need Microsoft to
support it in any way. I am using ComCast email as a pop3 account and it
works great.

Re: get out of protected view

Unfortunately for me, I followed the instructions that were described below, and all of the boxes that were supposed to be unchecked were not checked to begin with. This is a problem I noted previously in Word 13, where I would create a document, save it to my documents as unprotected, but as soon as I transfer (cut and paste), it would become protected/read only. Really weird.

Hello,
So far I have been able to follow the videos in the lessons. The video player is accessible. I have not tried anything yet with their editors yet. This is what I meant by fairly accessible. Sorry I did not expound in my first message.

Hello list,
I was curious. Has anyone tried out any of the Udemy courses? Are they at all accessible? I know it may also depend on subject matter and whether it’s video based, etc, but in general, are the courses offered through this service Jaws/screen reader friendly?
I believe there’s also an iOS app and while being able to access materials via the iPhone or iPad would be nice, I’m thinking more along PC useage. Still though, how about iOS accessibility?
Any input would be appreciated.
Thank you,

SpeakDropbox version 19 released

valiant8086

Hi all.

I thought it would be great to post about the new SpeakDropbox update here, since it has been discussed on this list a few times in the past, and I found my way on the list when I got feedback from a member who reported that they learned of it from here, so it's all kind of tied in.

Version 19 is released, fixing a bug that allowed auto version update checking to happen even if it was configured not to, silencing said auto version updating when it does occur - it'll only say anything now if an update is actually being installed, and adding ability to hide the speakDropbox icon from the tray notification area.

It'll auto update from previous versions, and as it turns out, will do so if even configured not to. That should be fixed now, so after this auto update it'll honor the setting. If you want to read about it and or download it directly, see the link below. Thanks for your interest
