At work I was recently upgraded to Office365 Enterprise and the latest build of JAWS2019 (put out this week), running on a Windows10 platform. I am having problems with JAWS randomly not reading parts of Word docs. Where in the document and how much that is not read changes. I’m particularly having problems with Tables in the Word docs. I called Vispero support and they had me check and change some JAWS settings, but it did not help. They asked me to send the document I was using when I first experienced the problem, but my employer would not let me send the doc due to the content. Now that I have found that it is happening in all Word document, I called Microsoft and they told me it is a JAWS problem and I should talk to JAWS Tech Support.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and what I can do to fix it?
