Hi Folger, I’m still lost. I went with the Start Key and kept pressing the M until the Microsoft store was mentioned, but after pressing Enter there, it seemed to be a never-ending list in absolutely no order that I could see and no edit field to use for a search. 

 

How then is this app found?

 

On a second note, how does the computer then hear you?  Is it through your add on microphone and sound card?

FYI. Today my lady A worked well. Before I could not complete instalation. However with current jaws lady A worked well. I went to the app in my desktop, enter on the app, she install ASAP and now she is working. I was able to ask weather, play news and music. Nice she works well.
